Ms. Susan Schwartz, PMP is a consultant, facilitator, keynote speaker, and author with more than 20 years of expertise in leading and managing organizational change and technology transformation initiatives. Her expertise combines technical competencies and leadership skills from which she built out a “Change Toolbox” integrating process review, crucial conversations, Emotional Intelligence, and knowledge sharing strategies. As a Certified PMP and an EQ-i 2.0 Certified Facilitator, and Lego(R) Serious Play(R) Certified Facilitator, she has helped clients such as TSA, Navy Supply Chain Officers, and the Association of Certified Forensic Accountants in efforts to explore the power of Emotional Intelligence and help their teams achieve tangible results.

Susan has authored Creating a Greater Whole: A Project Manager’s Guide to Becoming a Leader and co-authored Turning Ideas Into Impact: Insights from Silicon Valley Consultants.
