Alison Gonzalez, PMP
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
With more than 20 years of expertise in the learning and development
industry, Ms. Gonzalez is an effective program manager focused on
improving workforce development initiatives, designing relevant experiential
learning programs, creating comprehensive program communications, streamlining program operations and analytics, collaborating with cohort participants and subject matter experts; and stakeholder and client engagement. She brings extensive experience managing all aspects of training portfolios designed for learning participants at the mid-level, senior, and executive management levels with clients spanning the Federal Government, government contractors, and the organizations that support them.
Alison earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). She is certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP), an ITSM Experience Level Agreement (XLA) Champion, and is an ATD-trained Instructional Designer.
