All travel, lodging, and transportation is at the student's own expense. Essential Assets Group does not reimburse for travel, accommodations, and transportation expenses.

Substitutions and Cancellations

Essential Assets Group understand that schedules may change. Substitutions are always welcome up to the start of class with prior written notice to ensure all student eligibility requirements are met. Once class has started, substitutions can no longer be made. Should an attendee need to cancel their registration, we require written notice at least ten (10) days prior to the start of class. Within ten (10) days of the class start date, a credit for a future class will be provided. Refunds are made upon written request only for registrations cancelled at least ten (10) days prior to the class start date. If a student fails to attend class, the full tuition is due and there is no credit available to transfer or refund.

Course Postponements

Essential Assets Group will make every effort to run a scheduled class, however sometimes it is necessary to change a course location or the course dates. Should this happen, we will give the registered student as much notice of the change as possible. If the course was postponed by Essential Assets Group, we will coordinate with the student affected by the change to transfer the student to a future course delivery convenient for them. Should a convenient location or session dates not be available, a written request for a refund will be honored.
