DoD Directive 8570.01-M and 8140 Approved Baseline Certifications

CompTIA's PenTest+ Program Approved is the latest addition approved as Baseline Certifications for the U.S. Department of Defense IA Workforce Under DoD 8140

​

As an extension of Appendix 3 to the DoD 8570.01-Manual,
the following certifications have been approved as
IA baseline certifications for the IA Workforce. Personnel
performing IA functions must obtain one of the certifications
required for their position category or specialty and level.
Refer to Appendix 3 of 8570.01-M for further implementation
guidance.

Essential Assets Group is a:

 

• CompTIA Authorized Program Partner (CAPP) approved
  to deliver CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+,
  CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+,
  CompTIA PenTest+, CompTIA Cloud+, and
  CompTIA CASP+ -- all approved for specified IAT, IAM
  and CSSP levels. 
   

• EC-Council Accredited Training Center (ATC) approved
  to deliver EC-Council CND, EC-Council CEH,
  EC-Council CHFI, and EC-Council CCISO -- for specified
  IAT, IAM, and CSSP levels.
